"We had a great and easy experience from start to finish. Such a nice building and a wonderful unit. The owner has thought of everything with the helpful rental guide, and the rental unit is extremely clean and well stocked. The pool and exercise facilities are a huge plus, as is proximity to the shops and restaurants on Davis street. L and Metra also very close. Highly recommend this property."

We enjoyed the massage chair in the master bedroom, the first floor fitness room, the security of the building, and the quiet at nights. "Staff was not consistent with hospitality. Room service was out of most items after 10pm. I believe the colleague’s name was Jo… she was rude and called my room several times after my order was placed. I spoke to front desk about my complaints and was told that my Hospitality Fee would be waived. That did not happen, I was still charged and have not gotten a call back from Management after calling multiple times. The facility is beautiful but staff is lacking In consistency of service. I do not recommend."
