"Communicating w/owners was a breeze. The owners communicated back to me after I sent msgs thru Expedia. They responded promptly to all msgs. The cabin was decorated in a cute fun manner, very homey. I and my 2 grown sons were there for rest and relaxation. We spent time hiking, going on steam 🚂, etc. Every adventure in Bryson City was nearby 👍. ✔️ In/Out was a breeze. Everything needed to cook/bake was pr ovided . Highly recommend staying here Nice hot tub."

"Our family loved the cabin! I have 4 boys, and had so much fun in the game room. The hot tub and outdoor seating were great. The mountain view from the porch and our bedroom was spectacular. We would definitely stay again."

"Truly paradise! Everything from the moment we arrived was heaven. The views when you pull up takes your breath away. Rosa was so kind, friendly and thoughtful. The decorations , beautiful eood floors, counters and surroundings were out of a magazine! Very close to bryson city and incredible hikes such as deep creek waterfall loop and rafting. The whole team was helpful and accommodating. They had tubes, wet bags and towels and firepits with wood. We had such a relaxing time. Breakfast was healthy, delicious and filling. We loved the coffee, sour dough bread, fresh fruit and yogurt, potatoes and muffins! Truly sad to leave. I would give 10 stars if I could."

"Overall this house is wonderful. Very spacious, beautifully decorated and the lake is amazing. We had a lot of fun just hanging at the lake, playing pool, having a fire at night, and using the hot tub. The grill and kitchen was great and we appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with extra plates, silverware, and appliances. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the kayaks and paddle boards because the lake level was low and getting the equipment over the ramp would have been difficult. We understood that this was out of our control. Also, the chairs on the top dock should be replaced but that is being really picky. The only other thing I would warn people about is the winding road to get to the house. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the end and then you are just about 5 minutes from town. You need to plan ahead and have your groceries, etc. because you really do not want to do this drive more than once a day. With that being said; this is what also made the house very peaceful. A few notes about the area.Bryson City is a cute town. We ate at the Brewery and the food was good. We rented a boat from Almond Marina for two days. They were amazing people. Definitely rent from them. We hiked the deep creek area and went up to Cherokee to tube. Both were great adventures. Also, walk to the train tracks around 11:15am and you can see the train pass by. We would definitely stay here again."

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed this cabin during our 4‑day vacation in the Smokies. The view from the large covered deck was amazing, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub each evening as we wound down our day. Our two boys had a blast with the foosball table and corn hole boards, and we enjoyed playing together as a family.The beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire cabin was very clean. The location was superb—about a 20‑minute drive from all of our destinations, which made getting around very easy. We look forward to coming back again!"

"The property is beautiful and worth the sometime dicey trek up the mountain. You definitely need 4 wheel drive like everyone is saying. Our party had 2 major concerns. One there was no smoke alarm in the basement- just wires, and we did not see any evidence of any other smoke detector on the other two floors. The second concern was the kitchen does not have proper dishes if you are going to stay in and cook your own meals. The cooking pots/pans and serving dishes were very limited. Also the plates were chipped and heavy, with only one set of plates and silverware to use. We like to cook for ourselves and this was disappointing as we had to wash dishes while preparing meals in order to eat afterwards. Even through this, we still had a wonderful time and would recommend this cabin. Great experience and awesome view indeed!"
