The Terrace guesthouse occupies the lower level of the home. The Terrace is entirely private with separate entry, covered sunroom with private hot tub, huge back patio, BBQ grill, hammock, and outdoor dining area. Please note there may be guests occupying the upper level of the home during your stay. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs and in a quiet cove on Beaver Lake, this location offers the best access while remaining secluded. No children under 12, pets, or fires are permitted.
