This well kept home is just outside charming Eureka Springs, AR, known as the Little Switzerland of America or the San Francisco of the Ozarks.
Shopping, sightseeing, restaurants, hiking and biking trails, lakes and rivers are at your fingertips. The home has features that cater to motorcyclists, including a paved, circular driveway w/two entrances to Hwy 62, a garage that accommodates at least 4 motorcycles/trikes with ample receptacles for plugging in battery chargers.
The kitchen is well equipped for preparing full meals so you can save by not eating out all the time if you like. The spacious deck in is a great place to relax, cook out, but (never move the grill under the overhang of the deck) and have a soak in the hot tub. There is a big fenced yard that accommodates children, pets and yard games if you want to bring some toys.
Please note that our rate is for 2 people using one bedroom and one bath. Adding additional guests will incur an additional fee of $25 per person per night.

The house was very nice and very clean. It has a great large fenced yard that I could let my dog out in for exploring. It also had a great kitchen which was good since I brought my own food to cook. The bed in the Master Bedroom was very comfortable. Was a little confusing with the different door codes that were listed in different communications. Need to be careful when you reserve the house because you will be charged an extra cleaning fee for the hot tub even if you don't use it if you don't fill out the reservation correctly. Somehow I missed that part that I was supposed to mark about bringing a pet so I had an additional cleaning fee for the pet which I expected because I had told the owner I would be bringing a pet. Great location to everything around Eureka Springs.

Great location - near the Passion Play and other Eureka Springs attractions. Very spacious home. Great host communication. Well supplied with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The house and location was great. The only issue we had was the shower in the master bathroom the water would only get warm, the hot water from the sink in the master bath would get a lot hotter, than the shower.

House was very nice, had plenty of space. Very clean. The only thing I didn’t care for was the bed it was pretty hard in all of the rooms. We were going to cook on the blackstone grill but there was no propane. But we loved the place and would rent it again in the future.

Loved the house, it was perfect! Very clean house & well stocked with anything you could need. Hot tub worked & was relaxing. We enjoyed it after a long day on the motorcycle. Back deck was clean (no bugs or spider webs). The front deck was also clean. We liked sitting there at night & watching all the traffic & motorcycles go by, very relaxing. We especially loved that we could access the garage so we didn't have to trailer the bike every night. Driveway is large enough for a truck & trailer. House sits on Hwy 62 & we did not have traffic noise in the house at night. Communication with Evelyn was good. We just texted her with any questions we had & within the hour she responded. Over all this house was well worth the money. We had a great vacation & will definitely stay here again! Thank you Evelyn for everything you did in making this a great house to rent & making this a stress free vacation for us :)

I reached kinda last min to see if we could book an extra day and Evelyn was quick to respond and accommodate. The property was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, spacious and close to town. The back yard and patio was an extra bonus. I communicated with Evelyn several times she was lovely and very helpful. Will book here again for sure thank you for a great weekend.

Too much buck for the bang!

This house appealed to us because of the location being close to everything and easily accesible for an elderly women. It was clean but very dated and the light switches were like a puzzle trying to find the right ones! It's a three bedroom, large house, but the price listed is only for two people, so to take my Mother along it was an additional 25 per night. Then later, after we had booked and paid for it, the host informed us if we planned to use the 3rd bedroom there would be and additional cleaning fee! I have never had that happen before and it really dampened the trip before it even got started. We kind of felt like we had to be so careful of everything while we were there. The add says it is pet friendly, but beware, the large yard is not secured for little dogs and they want you to leave your dog in a crate and you pay an additional 50 for each dog! We were very careful to clean up after our dogs but two of the neighbors dogs make it there daily stop off!

Girls Trip 25

Great location, easy to get into and out of with the circular driveway. The garage was so nice to have. We enjoyed the hot tub, great after hiking. We cooked some, the kitchen is large and has lots to work with. The pans are a little old but functional. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Motorcycle riding gettaway

We had a great stay. Loved the garage and the ability to park the bikes in there overnight. Nice bedrooms with updated bathrooms. Beautiful back porch. Everything we needed for our long weekend!

Great location and house was great! Highly recommend. Got away for Valentines with the spouse. Was a quiet location close to town. Enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely stay again if available next time we are in the area.
