"Airconditioner far too noisy. Toiletbrush needs attention. Fan above shower vent also needs attention. Realise that this is something where cleaningpersonal do not necessarily have time set aside to do. Ongoing quality inspections should pick this up. "

"The room was good and the service was excellent overall. However, I had one issue. When I extended my stay online, it seemed like the request wasn’t received or was ignored. I was woken up while sleeping and asked to come down to reception, even though it wasn’t urgent and could have waited. Since there’s a phone in the room, it would have been more considerate if they had called first."

"On arrival staff at reception were so polite & helpful. Great vibe right from the get-go!! Very clean & smells amazing. The buffet breakfast was just wonderful & fresh. Can`t wait to come back & stay again. Did I mention how good the location is!!"
