Eugene Evergreen Escape by Les Chalets Stays is a fully renovated home perfect for families! Game room, play house, sauna, outdoor entertaining space and huge back yard.

Our home provides quick access to the University of Oregon, sports venues, dining establishments, outdoor recreation and wineries. This is an ideal base to explore Eugene, Oregon and the Pacific North West.

Located in the "Friendly" neighborhood that is just that - friendly! Close to the corner of Chambers and W 28th.

It is located less than 10 minutes from University of Oregon, Autzen Stadium and Hayward Field. There is an amazing park just down the hill from our home. It includes a professional size track, kid's playground, pickle ball and tennis courts, soccer fields, exercise stations and disc golf (West Moreland Park and ATA Track and Field).

Grocery stores, local coffee shops and restaurants are only about a 5 minute car ride away. The neighborhood is very bike friendly!

A smart lock keypad is located at the front door. The entry code is sent 24 hours prior to arrival - a signed rental agreement and pre-arrival form are required to get the door code.

Back up plan: if your key code is not working on the keypad; please contact us for instructions to access the physical key located on the railing.

Message us if you would like to upgrade your stay with an early check-in or late check out (@ $75 each). Additional fees allow us to ensure adequate staff to accomplish an expedited turnover. Other upgrades may be accommodated upon request.

Other details:
For bookings made on online travel agencies we require guests to complete a Pre-arrival Form and sign the Rental Agreement. If you would like a copy of the agreement prior to booking, please message us. The verification will need to be completed to finalize the booking process.

You must be at least 24 years old to rent. The cardholder must be staying at the rental to book.

Standard fees include our cleaning fee and a $29 damage waiver fee.

This is by far the nicest home we have stayed in the Eugene area. If you have high standards and want a nice home this is it. Beautifully remodeled with first class amenities.
