The one staff member I spoke to was very sweet and quick to get me checked in at around 8pm. The loss of a star is because the door to the room was already open when I got to it. I had my dog with me so the both of us did a thorough check of the room. I was too tired to as for another one. Otherwise this was a decent stop for maybe one or two nights.

Wonderful place to stay!

We arrived late on a Saturday, and were woken by 2 ladies talking loudly and constantly by the front entrance (for over an hour). Then on Monday we were awakened by a loud consistent knocking on our door. When we didn’t answer the person went to the outside door and started knocking. I got out of bed and she wanted to know if we wanted our room serviced????? It was 9 AM. She marked us as “no service”???? Other than that, the stay was perfect. The front desk people were great

The people that work there are great to work with! Rooms were clean, i have no complaints

Excellent amenities, you don't need to leave the resort if you don't want to! The overall value of this place is amazing. Dined/played/boating all were amazing. The only negative feedback I would give is that the front desk staff seemed annoyed to check us in and out? It did not subtract from the enjoyment of my stay, just odd nonetheless.
