This was my favorite 24 hours out of a 2 week trip to Europe! The Chateau is straight out of a fairy tale. We were greeted by two lovely women who brought us champagne and snacks while getting our room ready. We spent a couple hours in the spa enjoying the sauna, steam room, hot tub, and specialty teas. We walked the property and the few streets around the Chateau before enjoying a lovely dinner. The next morning we headed to Epernay for a fabulous champagne cellar tour at Moët and Chandon. It was perfect!
A fabulous place to stay with an authentic atmosphere. Great service in the restaurant and wonderful, if pricy, breakfast!
Hope to visit again

A beautiful chateau situated in lovely grounds. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean, modern and tastefully dressed. The food at the Orangery is exceptional! Highly recommended and will definitely visit again.
Rooms were not well maintained for example old musty smell and slippery wood floors. No elevator access and guests were invited to carry their own bags down multiple steps. No entertainment, surrounding area looked like a ghost town. Breakfast in the sunny yellow room was nice. Perhaps this property was once grand but no longer.
Lovely chateau, marred slightly by only being dog friendly in the hotel, (for €30 per night), not in the restaurant, and not in the breakfast area. That’s fine, but we would have chosen elsewhere if we had known. The nearest restaurant is 14 km away and the gates are closed on return- we had the code, but it’s just not friendly.
Lovely Chateau and attentive staff. We appreciated the choice between a bistro (which was excellent) and a fine dining option. Perfect for visiting the Champagne area.
This was such an amazing place to stay…. We enjoyed the room, the lounge in the afternoon, the great dining, and all the personal. Check out the local champagne house just outside the gate… we loved it all
The property itself was stunning and the staff was wonderful! I would highly recommend booking the dinner and breakfast though, because the area around the chateau was almost entirely vacant and nothing was open. We had to walk to the nearby grocery store for a snack lunch so just be prepared…or bring a car! Overall so wonderful though!
an extraordinary property, this chateau is so nice, it is a place to relax and explore de vineyards around.
our room in the orangeri was nice, well designed, clean, and with many nice details.
breakfast was amazing.
on the other hand the ateliere restaurant is the only thing we won’t recommend.
other than that we had an amazing stay!
Beautiful, historic Château, full of atmosphere, we loved our stay here. The restaurant in the Orangery is good, however it is way over priced, so unless its a special occasion it would be best to eat off site.
Beautiful facility, with great grounds and very friendly service. The disadvantages are: 1. monotonous breakfasts (exactly the same every day), 2. at night still working fountains from which, from a height of several meters, the water crashed into the moat. While during the day it is a pleasant sight, at night it gives a very unpleasant continuous noisy sound that makes it difficult to sleep ... The 3rd driveway and access to the elegant restaurant is practically a gravel road. How are ladies wearing elegant shoes to reach this restaurant in such a way?
