Nowhere on the booking did it state the keys & agreement signing for the property had to occur at a different location than the property. "Room smells so bad, like a mold (i think it was the bed). we couldn't but heater on because the smell was going stronger and we had to sleep all our clothes on. I've had a really bad allergy and headache after being in that room, so we had to leave that room after one night. we would not have stayed there, but it was new years eve and every other place was full booked. "Went for 5 days with family including 2 grandkids, truly enjoyed our stay. Hotel well placed close to metro, bus, trams and trains to everywhere. Staff very plesant and helpful all the time. Family rooms that sleep 5 are great so we were all together. Rooms and hotel very clean and well kept. Breakfast buffet had a little of everything for all tastes. Pool with the bar were great even if it is small the kids enjoyed it, especially with 30+ degrees. Only downside is being in Europe you are allowed to smoke wherever and with kids and non- smokers it can be bothersome. Another thing that was missing was a small fridge in the room, but it did have a safe. But I will repeat myself, our stay was great. Without saying Lisbon was a delight. Will go again when going back to Lisbon and will recommend too."

"The location was quiet and there are hills which is normal in Lisbon. There are great places to eat and public transport was just a walk away. It was a safe neighborhood (French and Belgian embassies were our neighbors). There is a co working space down the road called Wheelhouse and the owner is so friendly. Ricardo was also so great at answering our questions and responded quickly (thank you again for the tasty cookies and water). You have everything you need in the apartment; great shower, à/c, washer, oven/stove and à bonus was the air flow from the patio (so great to hang out there) to the bedroom windows which is so helpful to cooling the house too. We would return if we could. Nice place for sure!"

"We had an incredible stay! From the moment we checked in. The staff were so friendly, the complimentary drinks on arrival, the rooms are beautifully designed and the area is gorgeous!! They also have a beautiful rooftop deck and great cocktails. Try Goose restaurant just a 5 minute walk up the road. Felt like a locals experience ❤️"

"The hotel is really nice in general. We had a Sweet (bigger, nicer, more expensive) but noticed right off the mat, but it felt very hot (lots of windows, but also a lot of radiant heat from the sun. The air conditioner did not seem to be working very well. We asked them to check it on night number three, and they said everything was fine. But when we got back from dinner, it was very very hot. It was definitely cooler outside than inside, so we had to open all of the windows to let a little cool air come in, and threw the blanket on the ground and used only a sheet. It was still super hot all night, and loud as well because of surrounding noises. We hardly slept at all."
