「Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Lissabon. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die tolle Lage – viele Restaurants und schöne Ecken waren gut erreichbar. Das Hotel war außerdem sehr sauber und die Terrasse hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen!」

「The room was clean and the apartment itself was well presented. However there was a strong smell after opening the shower and taps which just got worse as the days went on, our coffee machine was broken and although we told the reception it didn’t get addressed. Finally there was no “4 pools” as advertised just the one, which was always extremely busy.」

「The location is very convenient, with direct train access to the city center, yet the neighborhood itself is quite quiet. It was the nice environment to unwind and recover from the fatigue of traveling. Additionally, there was a fantastic wine bar just a 10-minute walk away, which was a wonderful discovery.
Above all, the owner’s hospitality was wonderful. She was very welcoming and provided quick responses to all my inquiries, ensuring a smooth and worry-free stay.

「VERY small room. It was indicated room size of 20 sqm-never ever. If you move within the room, the second person has to move as well-unless the person is in bed :-). Bathroom even smaller and not in an appropriate condition. This was communicated as well as other issues. Same answer (always quick I have to say): we will inform our maintenance team. But this team never showed up. Manager was kind, Nice area around the hotel. But still we will not get there again.」
