>Bedrooms: The apartment has three spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, storage space, and bedside tables for added comfort. The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom.
>Bathrooms: The property includes two modern and bright bathrooms equipped with a sink, toilet, and large mirrors. One of them is ensuite. The main bathroom features a double sink and a bathtub, while the second bathroom has a high-pressure shower.
>Terrace: A spacious and bright L-shaped outdoor area with views of the residential complex. It is furnished with a dining table and chairs for 6, two sun loungers, and outdoor furniture, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach.

**This apartment offers sauna and spa but it will no be available till June**
*The €500 deposit must be paid 3 days before the check-in date and it’s returned 3 days after the check-out date.
*We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 pm there’s an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours, please ask us for availability and rates. Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a surcharge of €25.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or underage guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more, they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach.
*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
* The pool is only open a few months a year. Please check pool availability for your chosen dates. Please note that due to the drought, pool opening dates may be affected.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
