This stylish property features a spacious private terrace with outdoor dining, private parking, access to a heated pool open year-round, and a fully equipped communal gym.
Inside, the apartment boasts a modern and functional design. The main bedroom offers a king-size bed (180x200 cm), built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and whirlpool bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm), ideal for children or guests. A second full bathroom with shower and a guest toilet are also available.
The bright and airy living-dining room includes a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, armchairs and dining table for six. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and utensils for a seamless stay.
Located on the ground floor, please note that four steps lead to the apartment entrance, making it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
