the room was ok. needs an update. staff was super accommodating so i didn’t complain about the room. the housekeeping was on point. love the location.

Staff is not very friendly or helpful. The room was clean but smelled weird.

We had a wonderful time here. The room was Beautiful and clean, great breakfast and the staff was so friendly! Great location we could walk everywhere!

This older hotel, for the price, should have nicer rooms. Unfortunately, they were outdated and grungy. The dark brown carpet was gross, the bathroom was dirty (several dark hairs in the tub and on the bathroom floor), the towels smelled stale, and the shower head had no pressure. We didn’t eat in any of the restaurants or use any of the hotel’s amenities. The staff at the valet, check-in, and checkout were friendly and pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located near the Smoothie King Center or downtown if you’re there for business.
