"MAJOR miss that the website does not note that there is NO elevator available and it was third floor walk up! No mention on website that there are actually 2 separate hotel buildings and only one has an elevator. Room was clean. Housekeeping did not replenish courtesy toiletries. Super loud generator right next to room. "

"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My experience was very disappointing. There were roaches in the dining area. While my wife, another couple, and I were eating, roaches were coming out of the table. When we told the staff, they said they already knew about the problem. I also found a dead roach in my bed, which was very upsetting. The dresser had a broken strap hanging off. The entry door to the bathroom door handle was on backwards. I had to put it on the right way. The service was poor from check-in to check-out. They pick and choose which guest to offer the trolly belhop service to. I had to carry my wife’s and I baggage to our room upon arrival. Most of the staff seemed to have a bad attitude, and we did not feel welcome at all. As someone who works in hotel management and travels often, this was the first time I felt this uncomfortable at a hotel. The property itself is run down and needs a lot of improvement, both in maintenance and customer service. There is also very little to do nearby, and the restaurants recommended by the hotel are about 30 minutes away. The only positive part of our stay was Lydia, who was friendly and introduced herself. Overall, I suggest paying extra to stay somewhere else. I would visit St. Croix again, but not this hotel. "

"It was the worst all inclusive resort we’ve ever stayed at. The staff at the front desk was absolutely not helpful whatsoever!! It was almost like we were bothering them to ask for toilet paper, clean towels, etc., as our room was not serviced for days, leaving us with no toilet paper, clean towels or tissues. Front desk advised housekeeping was done for the day! Room was nice and big, but we had tiny little ants all over the place and couldn’t even enjoy it. Ran out of coffee in the room, saw housekeeping in the hallway and asked for some, she advised resort had run out of coffee for the coffee machines in the room and that there would be none for a few days. Website stated that there were 3 eating facilities, Italian, beach bar grill and buffet. Italian was closed permanently. Buffet was disgusting. One night it was tacos and nothing else. It is supposed to be open from 6-9, however if we went to dinner at 8 there was nothing left and when someone asked, the staff said “ well we close at 9”! The beach bar grill was ok, but just fast foods and very few items on the menu and we got sick of eating the same things for 7 days. The pool was filthy and there were little bugs swimming on the bottom of the pool. Hot tub was a COLD tub. The beach was very rocky, to the point you couldn’t go in it without hurting yourself and there was a ton of seaweed, which needed to be cleaned off the beach. Bartenders, Greg, Bethany, Luisa were awesome. Shout out for a job well done to Lalo!!!"

"The own beer Doug was super helpful and sweet. His wife decorates the property immaculately. The pool was down and no cushions but we were so busy exploring the island and beaches that it had no effect on our satisfaction. A great place to stay if you’re on the island. Would highly recommend for couples selling a quiet, romantic escape or groups selling a semi-private party pad. "
