Need some improvement

Breakfast was not great. For the price they are charging, it can be much, much better. Wifi was really bad. You have to sit in a cornor of the room to get all bars.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer für eine Nacht auf unserer Radtour gebucht. Leider wurde uns erschreckenderweise ein Kellerzimmer im Untergeschoss vom Nebengebäude zugewiesen, das dunkel, spartanisch und unangenehm wirkte. Auf unsere Beschwerde und Nachfrage hin erfuhren wir, daß das Zimmer auch an Monteure vermietet wird! Der Garten und der „verwahrloste Pool“ waren ungepflegt, unaufgeräumt, dreckig und vermüllt. Es lagen halbleere PET Flaschen rum und umfunktionierte Dosen wurden als Aschenbechern genutzt. Nach unserer Beschwerde bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer. Doch die ursprüngliche Zuweisung ist für uns unverständlich und den Angaben der Buchungsplattform (Angebotsbilder/Beschreibung und dem gezahlten Preis) nicht angemessen. Das Frühstücksangebot am nächsten Morgen war schlicht und simpel, deutlich unter dem, was anhand der Ankündigung als „gutes, köstliches Frühstück“ anzunehmen war. Insgesamt: sehr enttäuschend; eine Rückkehr schließen wir mit Sicherheit aus! Fazit: die Bewertungen und auch die Beschreibung und Bilder auf den Buchungsplattformen und auf der eigenen Internetseite entsprechen nicht unserer Erfahrung.

Vi ankom fint til hotellet, men ingen p-plads som beskrevet. Værelset var ikke ordentlig rengjort, gardinerne hang og var i stykker… terrassen var beskidt og fyldt af ukrudt. Ikke nogen rar oplevelse og kan ikke anbefale dem fremad. Morgenmaden var ganske fin👍

Zentrale, verkehrsgünstige Lage. Einige kostenfreie Parkplätze am Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück vielfältig und lecker. Das Haus ist halt alt, aber charmant hergerichtet. Unser Zimmer war etwas verwinkelt zu erreichen, aber es riesig groß auf 2 Etagen als Maisonnette und in gepflegtem Zustand. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel klar empfehlen. Es war auch ruhiger als die Lage und das Krankenhaus gegenüber vermuten ließen.

Gefallen hat mit vor allem das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Leider befand sich mein Zimmer an einer stark befahren Straße. Bei geöffneten Fenster zu schlafen war deshalb kaum möglich.

Nett, aber auch recht hellhöriges Hotel

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und mein Zimmer war am Anfang des Ganges. Mit einer teenager-mädchen Hockey Mannschaft im Hotel die überall hingerannt sind war es dann schon sehr laut. Auch über mir waren Leute sehr früh schon sehr aktive was extrem laut war. Da ich nur eine Nacht hatte war es eine kurze Nacht :)

Trevligt ställe

Rummet var stort och det var lugnt. Vacker trädgård utanför fönstret. Frukosten bra. Stället ligger bra till, nära centrum, men det finns inte så mycket att göra i Mulheim. Man kommer snabbt till Essen, Duisburg och Düsseldorf med allmänna kommunikationer.

Zentral gelegen, sehr persönlich geführt, sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, kostenfreier Hotelparkplatz, kostenfreies WLAN, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, insgesamt nur zu empfehlen. Das Hotel hebt sich angenehm von den üblichen Hotelketten ab und hat dabei ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Väldigt dåligt

Asså man bokar och har betalat och få bekräftelse men ändå får man inte komma in, man planera sin resa och övernattning men så pass sent på kväll får man besked att en får inte komma in. Bagatell anledning .
