It was a boutique hotel close to everything. Transfer to airport was arranged perfectly. Any request we asked for was done right away.

The room was nice. We spent two nights in Gelsenkirchen. We arrived late on the first evening, I had called to let the hotel staff know. When we arrived at the hotel nobody was there to let us is. Had to sleep in the car because of that. Second night was good.

Ei vastaa sähköposteihin. Lisämaksusuoritus pyydettiin käteisellä,teknisen vian vuoksi? Ei kuittia siitä. Hotels.com ilmoitti ettei lisähintaa. Huoneen ovi oli lukittu väärin ja virjailija avasi puukapulalla. Kolmas vuode ei valmis mennessä. Saatiin vain kaksi peittoa. Onnejsi oli lämmin. Yön majoitus ja suihku, muttei pitempään majoitukseen.

Der CheckIn ging super unkompliziert über eine Schlüsselbox mit Code. Das Zimmer war sauber und super neuwertig eingerichtet. Parkmöglichkeiten für die Nacht gibt es drum herum genug!

Don't stay here unless you want to get bitten by spiders in your bed. I am in Germany for work and was going to stay here. About 30 minutes after I checked in, I noticed a web and several tiny spiders crawling on the bed. I have had bad allergic reactions to spider bites before, so I went and requested a refund, as having spiders in my bed isn't acceptable. When I told the man at the front desk about the spiders, we walked up to the room so I could show him. He looked at them, brushed them off the bed and said "I don't see anything." Then I showed him one that I killed on some toilet paper and he took it from me and put the tissue in his pocket (later I asked what he did with it because I wanted to use it for proof and he said he "I don't know threw it somewhere"). He said there weren't spiders on the bed and he refused to give me a refund. I went ahead and booked another hotel, as almost all hotels in the area were sold out. This other hotel I am at is 45 to 60 minutes away from work, while the Cityroom hotel was only 5 minutes away. I asked him kindly again to refund me. I booked through Expedia and told them about the issue. Expedia tried to call the man from Cityroom while I was still standing at the front desk. The man from Cityroom pretended like he couldn't speak english and hung up. I kept trying to get Expedia to help me out, and they wouldn't. Terrible customer service from both Expedia and The hotel. I will never book through Expedia again.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang . Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen . Schade , dass es keine eigenen Parkplätze hat . Einen Schminkspiegel habe ich im Bad vermisst .

Zentral in Buer, sehr freundliche Kommunikation

Zentrale Lage in Buer. Das Zimmer war schön hell, sehr sauber und der Betreiber ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider kein Aufzug und kein Frühstück im Hotel verfügbar, beides für mich nicht besonders wichtig. Daher eine klare Empfehlung!
