We took a taxi, but he wouldn't take us down to the river and we had to walk down the hill to the hotel. The hotel had offered, but we didn't think it was a big deal to have them order the taxi but it WAS. We had them order the taxi BACK to the station and it can come down to the entrance of the hotel so you don't have to lug your luggage!!! Otherwise, everything was great. ...

"Walk up, no lift, weekends are very noisy due to traffic through the street tunnel below and horns honking and motorcycles reving. The Staff are incredible and actually make up for any shortcomings. Overall it was a nice stay in Porto."
