"The place was clean and as expected, there’s 1 AC in the living room but it cools the entire apartment so it’s more than enough. The place is really close to all the clubs and bars, maybe 5 minutes in a taxi/uber/scooter. Across the street is a scooter rental place and rentals are cheap which makes it easy to move around. "Arrived to the island that evening. Could not find the room once we got to that side of the island. Rooms went from 1-9. Our room was 12. We attempted to sleep in our car, then ended up driving around for 2 hours trying to find an open and affordable hostel or hotel. They would not give us a refund."

As for location, the house is off a gravel road a mileso from the main road so it feels secluded, with only the occasional beachgoer walking anywhere nearby.
