Private level of the home is located on a private 160 acre ranch

Private level of home Located on a private 15 acre ranch with two beautiful rivers. Restaurant (the north creek grill) is within walking distance in the property. The retreat is a three bd 2 full bath with kitchenette and living room and is located on the bottom level of our home. Only equipped with mini fridge and microwave. Griddle and hot plate provided but no oven or stove. We are a family of five who live above the rental space you will hear some noise but not a lot.

We are on a privately owned ranch that backs up to huge cliff walls and looks out to the river. Guests have there own private access. Outdoor table and chair area with BBQ. 2 rooms have a king sized bed the 3rd room has a double bed. There is one twin size rollaways stored in the living room closet. The kitchenette is stocked with griddle, toaster, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and all utensils. I do always have coffee provided.

Outdoor patio , kitchenette, 3 bedroom 2 bath plus living room. Bottom level of home. Separate private entrance.

. We usually meet our guests but on occasion we don't cross paths. Feel free to explore the ranch and go down to the river and to the archeological site.

Located on a private 15 acre canyon family ranch. Year round river flowing on property. We are located 5 miles west of the town of Escalante.

We do NOT allow pets but Our very friendly dog named Chaco lives on the property
