Teresa was an excellent host - she communicated so well and arranging everything for us even though it was a last-minute booking. Just the art in the place is worth coming for. "Construction started 7am in the morning on a Sunday. When I approached the staff, first they denied it which is ridiculous in itself but eventually just didn't care. We left after the first night of a two night booking. "

"What a joke. They advertise all these wonderful amenities and when we arrived there was absolutely nothing available. No spa, no beach, no tennis, no laundry facilities, no hair salon. We would never have stayed here if we had know. When we complained they offered us a free drink! I have complained through the hotel and the refuse to respond and tried to get a refund from Expedia with no luck. Don't go to this hotel if you are expecting lots to do.....there is nothing!"

"We loved the pretty riverside walks from the hotel, and the sound of the river at night time. Our room was simple, but clean. A cot was provided for our baby. The staff were all friendly. We would stay here again."
