「ホテルから空港、イグアス公園まで5㎞、ホテルの前にバス停があるのでFOZ DO IGUAZUまで行きやすい。私の場合は部屋に雨漏りがあり、一晩中ポタポタとベットの間に水滴が垂れていた。眠れないほどでもないし、床にタオルを引いておけば問題ないのだが、部屋が交換できるのであれば交換したいので、その旨を伝えると運が悪い事に満室であった。ボーイがその場で「明日は部屋をチェンジする、そして夕食を１回分、無料にしますので、勘弁願えないか？」と言ってきた。あまり信用していなかったが、本当に夕食が無料になった。こちらは寝るのに影響がない雨漏りで夕食を招待頂きラッキーという感じ。つまり何が言いたいかというとスタッフが非常にフレンドリーでサービス精神にあふれていて、滞在中、気持ちが良かったという事を伝えたかったのです。」
