"O hotel tem ótimas instalações e o atendimento da recepção é muito bom,a área de lazer e de apoio também é muito boa. Mas quanto a parte para a gastronomia deixa muito à desejar com lanches fracos,o restaurante pouco contribue nos obrigando a buscar outras opções fora do hotel e o restaurante La Terraza não vale nada a pena. Ótimo hotel que precisa melhorar sua oferta gastronômica para seus hospedes."

"My flight got delayed and I ended up arriving late at night. Not only i messaged them trough whatsapp and via hotel.com, as soon as I knew around lunch the day of check in, but they also never provide information for hôtel transfer they claim to offer, and they never opened up or provided the key as they were closed, which I found out at 4am being left alone there. This is unacceptable."

"My family and I had an excellent stay in the Iguazu Jungle Lodge. I wanted to stay in a property that felt more remote and, well, lodge-like than a standard hotel and the IJL delivered. The rooms are pretty conventional hotel rooms, don't get me wrong, but the property layout is neat, the restaurants and pool were terrific, the staff was very helpful, and you can get anywhere you need to via Uber. "

"The hotel was clean. The rooms comfortable. Easy to get to the falls from the nearby bus terminal. Breafast is fine and the area is ok. Pool bar staff (or to be fair one pool bar staff was very rude). Rest of staff very pleasant. Rooms cleaned well every day. Good staff. An unfortunate incident at the end which marred our stay."

"Great location just 1 block from the bus ststion and easy access to a 40 min ride to Iguazu National Park. Delicious breakfast buffet. Great value. Fantastic pool abd pool bar. Reasonabke priced spa with great services. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone. Especially comfortable for families."
