"The condo was in a beautiful location. Amazing sunsets. It was quiet and we felt very safe walking the sidewalk to and from the beach at night. 2 balconies to enjoy the view from. One is private for the room and the other is shared. Steep, shallow stairs inside building and inside room, not a problem for us but it may be for someone else so I felt the need to mention. Excellent communication with property manager. We would definitely use Emerald Coast Getaways again!"

"The unit was very nice - well maintained and very comfortable. A few issues with traffic - but it was spring break - so that's expected. Only issue we had was the "whistle". It was very windy 3 of our 4 nights, and there was a very pronounced whistle throughout the unit - enough to wake you up at night when the wind gusted. Not sure if it's around the door seals, or up between the ceiling and the roof. But when you open the door it goes away - so could be the door - or opening the door...

"The kitchen was very well stocked if you're cooking while you're there, everything was clean as long as you don't look under furniture. The stairs can bother you if you have any kind of back or knee problems. The fire pit and grill would've been nice if we could've gotten it to work, the propane tank seemed to have plenty of fuel in it but wouldn't light, we have a lot of experience with propane. There isn't much for kids to do while there, they should add a pool table or something like that for...

"This was one of the best vacations my family and I have every been on. The private beach was amazing and my pup loved to dig in the sand too! "We were looking for a rental that would allow us to have a Private Beach experience. We were very impressed with the simplicity and cleanliness of the room. The room had the basics needed for meals, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee. The property is close to restaurants that we frequent when we visit the area. We took evening strolls prior to the sunset it’s about a 20 minute beach walk to the beach area near the famous Pensacola tower.In fact one of our beach days was at that area...
