"マラ川に沿って建っていて一日中野性のカバが見られるので決めました。夜もカバが聞いたことの無い声で鳴いていて笑えました。食事は3回ともコースで沢山出ました。スタッフもとても親切で楽しく過ごせました。ただ、野性動物優先で大切にしているので良いのですが、カバが敷地に入ってこないように電線が張り巡らされていて、夜もカバを見られるようにライトアップがあります。自家発電なので人に回る？電気が少なく１日のうち4時間半しか電気がつかなかったのは不便でした。ネットは全く使えなかったので知り合いが生きてるの？って国際電話をかけてきました。せめて夕方から夜には電気が欲しいです。"

Amazing Stay ! Amazing Staff ! Amazing Hotel

"The stay was enchanting. Our room overlooked the Mara River, allowing us to watch the hippos bathe daily. The staff was invariably friendly and smiling. Rose, our waiter, was perpetually cheerful. Caleb, in housekeeping, delighted us with charming notes. Moseka, our safari guide, impressed us with his extensive knowledge and knack for finding incredible spots. Nancy, the hotel manager, made it a point to check on us daily, ensuring our satisfaction. In summary, the experience was exceptional, and I am eager to return. My gratitude to Fairmont for their exceptional service!"
