「It was a beautiful experience. First of all, location is very good, just few walks from grocery market, 2 blocks from the center of Pucon. If you are arriving earlier, make sure to call ahead so someone can open you the door. They also have a common lobby and kitchen so you can stay longer after checking out until your departure. 」

「Staff were helpful and friendly, hotel and rooms were nice. I had an issue with my credit card and the staff helped me work through it and even let me stay my first night on faith that payment would work, instead of making a big deal about it. Glad I booked my weekend stay in Pucón here. 」

Everything about Lounge Brazil exceeded my expectations, from the location to the accommodations to the warm and helpful staff. 「The hotel is a few blocks from downtown. We had the luck of checking the room before booking, and so discovered the small room is really small. We paid extra for a room with balcony which was very nice (and normal size!). No elevator. Parking around the street.」

「An awesome location. Stayed a little before the season so it was quiet. Excellent location, the domo was very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. 」

「Great large and clean room. Friendly and very accommodating staff. We had very nice and quiet 3nights and breakfasts. The only thing to know was that the hotel is located a bit out of Pucon and if you try to get to Pucon in the evening you will very possibly hit traffic at tge entrance of town. Except that, everything was great」
