It’s close to key attractions, dining options, and public transportation, making it very easy to explore the city without hassle. The facilities overall were impressive, offering everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The only minor concern was the parking situation. It wasn’t entirely clear whether enough parking was available, and at times it felt like space might be limited. Not a major issue, but something worth noting for travelers arriving by car. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!"

"Beautiful small hotel. Immaculately clean everywhere with beautiful furnishings and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was beautiful too. The coffee pods were replenished daily. The breakfast was a highlight being served a 3 tier of fruit, cheese, hams and salad to the table. Then a choice of à la carte hot options and the buffet too. All the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. It is appropriately 15-20 mins walk to the main square but the tram stop is close by if your feet are tired. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Amazing! Hotel as good as new. Staffed 100% by locals. Booked for one night as my flight arrived in late. Walked safely. Room has dead lock on, which was good. Bed was huge. Comfy and linen so fresh. Towels decent but sound environmentally as quick drying. Breakfast was great and superb coffee machine. First time using waffle machine which was the stand out feature I think. Overall, brilliant stay. Perfect for my needs before hitting Wyndham Grand in Krakow Old town."

"The hotel was very very good. The only one issue was, the room was very hot. There was no way we could cool it even with opening the windows. "

"Hotel is very good with respect to location, room features and cleanliness. The only issue was the lift being out of service for the duration of our 3-night stay. With our room being located on the 4th floor, the stairs were hard work to negotiate and we were in good health. May have been a problem for more elderly or infirm guests."
