"The house itself is very nice, and we loved the discovery we found in the little house in the back yard--fun! Most importantly, it was clean and tidy. The only downside: There's no shade on the front door window OR on the two doors that exit into the back yard, which is just bothersome. As for the management company (Gastehaus Schmidt), they are WONDERFUL! My husband left his billfold (which Joy, who cleans the house, found) and the Office Mgr, Lance, made an extra effort to see that it was mailed back to us with as much confidentiality as possible. Both of these people deserve huge kudos for that fact that they truly do care about people."
