"Beautiful grounds"

"When yoj think of the Sunday house think of a hotel for your college spring break. Old and worn. Kinda clean. The staff is nice but you believe next time you will try something much better"

"Breakfast was over at nine. It was pretty thin. They bragged about their sausage biscuits but they were about 1 1/2 inches wide. The rooms have obviously been painted fresh, but it was a pretty sloppy job. Pillows were not very supportive. Towels were smaller than usual and thin. No headboard for the bed."

"Continental breakfast was waffles, some fruit, and breads. I've had better, but it was adequate. But, the place was clean, affordable, and per friendly."

"The name of the stay was very little , I had trouble locking and unlocking the door , but the room was very clean , "

"The room carpet was dirty and the only chair was stained. We could not get the tv to turn on. But, the major problem, which we did not discover until late, was that the spigot in the bathtub would NOT turn on. So, no bath or shower. There was mold around the base of the bathtub. We only stayed one night so it could not be remedied before we left. When I explained to the staff, she said she would look into it. Please note: we were not expecting a 4 star hotel. We just wanted a clean, USABLE, room. It was room 134 if anyone cares."

"This was a perfect cottage for the weekend. it had everything you could ever need and the location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to everything on Main St. "
