"This cabana is no longer available to stay in they took our money of course and when we arrived they showed us to a youth hostel place. I was not happy and told them to take down the bamboo cabana as an option on last minute. They did provide us with a better room in another building but I was not happy. Beware "

"On check in we were shown to a very dingy room downstairs which didn't have the extra bed for our son we had especially asked for. When we complained they offered him a room in another part of the hotel which we weren't happy with, eventually they moved us to a much nicer upstairs room, but it wasn't quite clean and restocked, but was OK for the one night. Dinner was OK, but quite bland and breakfast was not good."

"Staff were friendly and helpful, room was tidy and spacious, breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Very close walking distance to all attractions and main strip in Ella"

"Monkey's and birds were great...room was average. Could stand to clean construction debris from below the room. Beautiful environment around Ella...waaaay over developed! Alot of price gouging going on. I have no desire to return there. Thailand or Cambodia are much better deals from my experiences over the years."

"Do not book this place, photos are fake, this place is empty of guests, under construction, dangerous & dirty. It is miles from anything & they told us that they are unlicenced meaning there is no food, alcohol & no transport to take you to anywhere. I will be contacting Expedia about a refund & removal from its site. Expedia has a responsibility to ensure other travellers are not cheated out of their money. We left and were lucky to find a great place, but Ella is a popular destination so this...
