Room was clean/comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy and safe walk from Hotel to restaurants/sites. Would stay there again.

For the price I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were awesome. They helped us with every request we had. Graccie House was on a quiet street yet close to anything you could need. A 5 minute walk to the Malecon where we found some excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.

I honestly loved this place my only complaint was the young lady at front desk she was a bit rude other than that everyone was great the location was perfect and drinks were great

Nuestra estadia fue magnifica. Desde que llegamos nos recibio Baez, muy amable, al igual que el personal en recepcion. La habitacion fue grandiosa, muy limpio todo y con sus amenidades, y una vista de la cuidad y el mar de ensueño. La gerente Laura Jimenez fue increible, mas alla de lo esperado y super profesional y atenta. El restaurante es excelente y el trato de sus empleados, Andrea en el desayuno, una persona muy dulce y amable, y en la noche nos atendio muy bien Tommy. La comida suuuper buena. Agradezco a todos por sus atenciones. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvere de seguro.
