    "Security at the entrance every night was a genuine plus given the neighborhood. Room is modern and relatively clean. Fantastic water pressure, AC kept it cold. That's where the highlights end. Walked in to find a strand of hair on the bed sheet and in the bathtub. At this price point that's extremely disappointing and hygienically unacceptable — especially after a long day of travel. No do-not-disturb sign in the room so I assumed no housekeeping. They came in anyway which was unexpected...."
