「Fast polite check in, shown the room & the view fron the door which opens out to the beach, all looked good but then we realised there was no kettle which was stared on the Hotels.com web site, also no hot water was happy to wait until morning for a Shave & shower but still only cold water, so we left without washing properly, we still enjoyed our one night stay but would have been great with hot water & the kettle.」

「Our room had a lovely beach view. I paid for a superior room how the room needed upgraded. The public areas such as pools, bars, reception have all been upgraded and look great but the rooms need some tlc. The breakfast buffet was great selection and good quality. The only issue was the queues for drinks at the bar, not enough staff to accommodate the amount of people staying at hotel. We stayed here 3 weeks ago with less occupancy and there was more staff working in bar. I am sure this will...

「Hot tub have to pay for and make a booking. Limitee availability, and it didnt work. Hotel was nice apart from wasnt prepared. Checkin took an age, she didnt know what to do. English level was low. Bath water was full of sand and whirpool was broken. Could be a noce hotel if they fixed everything first. Bed was comfy. Location on the outskirts, 20 min walk from main area . No parking available. 」

「Start with bad bits, check in waiting time could be shorter as I had pre checked in but they where very good in organising changing our room. The worse thing are the amount of steps if you aren't that agile. The room was very good and aircon brilliant. Bed a bit hard. The position of the hotel is excellent, plenty of good restaurants close and loved the beach bars. We would rebook the hotel again. The pool was beautiful and clean.the whole holiday was good value」

「Das ganze Hotel war sehr sauber, die Bedienungen/Rezeption freundlich, das Zimmer mit einer gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage war prima, ebenfalls das Bad und der Balkon, der Pool, da unbeheizt, war zu der Jahreszeit (März) zu kalt, hier wäre eine Heizung des Innenpools gut, die Lage zum Strand ist nicht weit, Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden, dass Dorf und der Strand im Ort sind traumhaft, die Möglichkeit zu Wanderungen sind gegeben, der Naturpark ist wunderschön. 「We had ants in our room where we needed to ask reception for spray to kill them, next day after returning to the room the room cleaning was done however still ants on the floor when we returned. Other than that we had no issues. - Staff majority very professional and friendly - manager in bar was slightly rude when I advised pizza we got served was cold almost froze and ask them to recook, he didn’t even speak just gave a dirty look grabbed the plate and left then sent someone else back down...
