"The location is incredible and there is a wonderful pool, super comfy bed and great views. The property is still being built so our unit was missing a few things from the photos: no TV (not a big deal for us), no table, no door on the bathroom/toilet area or shower. I was traveling with my spouse, so not a big deal, but this would have been awkward with our kids. Lower units appear to be featured in the photos. We’d return and ask about which unit and its completeness. "

"Howie was very quick to respond to any questions we had and the accommodation was excellent except from the palapa on the roof terrace having been removed and so a complete absence of shade apart from an umbrella which would constantly blow over.We weren’t too happy about not being able to flush toilet paper and a handrail on the stairs would have been nice. Would we go back? Yes!"

"Stayed at this condo and it wasn’t what I expected. The property managers keep two large dogs that bark frequently, the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, and the manager (Nick) took loud conference calls outside that echoed through the unit. Towels smelled musty and there was no bottled water available. If you book here, be prepared to rough it. I booked a ride through Erin and was overcharged by 64.00 and her response was not helpful at all and told me to take it up with the driver. I will not ever return to the condo. "

"We had a lovely stay for spring break with 3 families and little kids. There’s an awesome kids room that was perfect for half our kids and another room with a bunk set up that worked well for family with smaller kids. The indoor / outdoor setup was perfect and we enjoyed lots of time hanging by the pool / daybeds with ocean views and sunsets. The house and kitchen were well stocked with everything we needed, including surfboards and other beach toys. Speaking of the beach, it’s just a short walk and very uncrowded. You can walk a bit further down (15 min) to the more populated Cerritos strip with restaurants / bars if you want. You’ll definitely want a car to explore the nearby towns like Todos Santos as everything is bit dispersed. Ali was an attentive host and clearly cared about the guest experience. Overall this was an amazing trip and property - highly recommend!"

"Beautiful rooms. Clean and comfy. The only downside, and this is just my humble opinion, the rooms should have at least dorm fridges. Just some place to keep beer and leftovers cold would go a long way. Otherwise, would definitely recommend and stay again! Location was great. Easy walk to the beach. Coffe shop on site super friendly and tasty."

"Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. There is an in room safe and good size kitchen with basic utensils and full size freezer/fridge. Staff is very friendly and we are by the pool and in the restaurant and both were delicious! The view at sunset was beautiful "
