"The property was very nice. the view from the roof top terrace was killer. the communication was a little slow with but he did answer. Some things such as wifi how to access some of the amenities should have been sent before check in. I had to buy batteries for the remote controls for the televisions. There was plenty of places within the neighborhood that was easy to walk to. The real draw back was no HOT water. I like to take a hot shower and the water was cold to cool at best. other than that...

10/10 Excellent
"The costumer service was great. The room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. My only little problem was that I wasn't able to cancel 1 night out of my 2 night stay. I was told I had to get in contact with Expedia and vice versa. But other than that everything else was great."
