「Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré en mettant plutôt du pain ou des crêpes marocaines. La chambre était confortable mais l'odeur qui venait de la salle de bain n'était pas très agréable. C'est peut-être uniquement propre à la chambre du rez de chaussée donnant sur la rue. La qualité de l'hébergement est très largement correcte pour le prix.」

It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius.」

「Very disappointing experience at Zephyr Ifrane. We stayed one week in a two bedroom suite with our family and the apartment was completely invaded by ants everywhere: kitchen, bathroom, living room and even the beds, which made it impossible to sleep. A chemical treatment was applied once but the ants returned the next day even worse. Housekeeping was almost nonexistent. 「Tout était superbe au Riad. Superbe décoration, confort et service. La table d’hôte était superbe, bravo au chef Fatima. L’emplacement est parfait, 5 mn à pied de l’ancienne ville, de la place principale et d’autres monuments. Notre séjour en famille était top. 」
