"Very disappointed with this hotel stay. The room had insects crawling on the wall corner, which looked like ants or termites. This is unacceptable for any hotel, especially when you expect a clean and comfortable environment. The presence of bugs made the room feel dirty and uncomfortable, and it ruined our stay. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, but unfortunately this hotel did not meet that expectation. I hope the management will take this seriously and improve their housekeeping. I would not recommend staying here unless the problem is fixed."

"If I was alone the room would have been fine. It was not set up to accommodate multiple people. The building and lobby were beautiful but it did not match the inside. Lots of broken doors, walls, scuffs handles etc. staff was friendly which is always nice. But hotel could use an update. "
