The room was spacious and the balcony and windows that opened allowed for enjoying fresh air and scenery while in the room. The breakfast buffet was delicious and all staff were friendly, polite and welcoming. I would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"Nice hotel but it’s not five star luxury. No concierge to help. No restaurant for dinner. Roof bar closes by 6 pm but sunset is after 8 pm. Also you can head the rumble of the subway tram below the building even on the third floor. "

"The customer service was lacking for a hotel. The rooms felt very un clean and house keeping was slow, no attention to detail and an overall general feeling of not caring. No plug in the bathroom, coffee not replenished etc. The beds and the pillows however were very comfy. For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again."

However, a few of the front desk workers were pleasant. Warning, the standard room is VERY small. Definitely uncomfortable with two suitcases accompanying us."
