"The property is tucked in a dense neighbourhood in El Combate, but still close to the beach, restaurants, and other local areas to visit. The lower unit fit 4 of us in the two bedrooms and there was enough space to relax and cook if you can work without a ton of room (which was more than fine for us, as we spent most of the time out of the house, anyway). The pool was nice to cool off in and parking is on the property, which is also gated. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay in guanica. Its a 5 minute walk to playa santa, and 15 min walk to playa jungla. The place was incredibly clean and the layout was perfect for my family of 7. "The ac in the unit was terrible and did not cool the unit. Sad because i saw this comment in the reviews and thought it would have been fixed. The tv was not real time. It seem to be a streaming service. I had terrible cell service and the power went out almost every day. Overall we did not spend too much time in the room to let it affect our vacation. "

"The property was nice. The Manager Harry was super helpful. The property is new and should be great when the kinks are worked out. Just know what we learned. We had several issues due to it being a new property. Our reservation was for 3 people we were given a room for 2. They had to bring a futon in for our daughter. There was 3 knives no other utensils, plastic plates that shouldn’t go in microwave. The toiletries were empty but Harry brought some 😀. The pool was just getting filled...
