"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for three nights. The location is excellent and very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the on-site restaurant, which was outstanding. We enjoyed dinner there every night during our stay because the food was consistently excellent. The chocolate ice cream was especially memorable—rich, unique, and absolutely delicious. The waiter and waitress who served us each evening provided exceptional service. They were attentive, welcoming, and made every dining experience enjoyable. Overall, we loved our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!"

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. She went above and beyond in every way possible—coordinating transportation, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay, and always making herself available with a warm smile and exceptional service. Her dedication and kindness made such a lasting impression on us, and I will forever be grateful for everything she did to make our trip so memorable. We stayed in the Honeymoon Villa, and it was absolutely breathtaking. The view was beyond beautiful—waking up each morning and taking in the scenery felt like something out of a dream. The villa itself was stunning, private, comfortable, and the perfect setting for a truly relaxing getaway. What also stood out was the incredible staff. Every single team member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our stay exceptional. "Property was amazing and staff are very warm and helpful. Trails on the property are very nice. Definitely do the night tour as the guide was able to find sloths, tarantulas, green viper, and kinkajou. We did not use the pool. Restaurant on site was reasonably priced and very good food."
