「I'd like to thank the hosts for providing such a wonderful home. My family of three stayed here for ten nights, and this house truly made us feel at home throughout our trip. I chose this property specifically because of the photos of the kitchen, and it was exactly what I had hoped for. It was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything a family could need. The living room was also very spacious, featuring comfortable reclining couches and a smart TV, making it a perfect place to relax...

「The furniture was comfortable and clean, and we loved the beds. We especially loved all the mirrors, which made it easy for our family of four to get ready even though there is just one bathroom. The living room had plenty of seating. The property is centrally located in a clean, safe neighborhood. There is a neighborhood park and a Target just a few blocks away. The parking space provided is adjacent to the property, which is convenient. We enjoyed our stay.」

「The check-in was tricky since the lock on the outside door is not the one to use. Did not mention in notes provided. The driveway to the parking spot is long and narrow with no room to turn your vehicle around. So you will be backing out a long distance with not much room for our rented Corolla. Three times blocked in at the end of driveway for people illegally parking. I know that is not the host to control but be prepared to wait up to a hour. Place was nice but it was loud since your...

「I had lots of frustration and challenges for this short stay. The ameneties are all high-end and new. But, that's about all I can say positive. Negatives -No instructions for all of the high-end equipment. -Access code was not communicated well. -Patio had trash and no place to sit. -No desk or kitchen table to work or eat at. -No Wi-Fi. -Got stuck in shower - when bathroom door closed on the shower door. -Bed too low (for this 60 person). -Kitchen window blind - could not reach to...

「Great location, easy layout. Would have appreciated Kleenex and some rudimentary cleaning supplies(besides dish soap), but all in all, very comfortable, convenient property.」

「This property was clean, comfortable, and a great location. The host was responsive at the time of booking, before arriving, and during our stay.」

「Rafael was super prompt and helpful! Some of the most effective communication I've had with a VRBO/other platform host. The location was really nice and affordable relative to other options in Oakland, especially convenient that there is an on-site parking lot. Would definitely recommend if you need a comfortable stay in the area!」
