El hotel muy bien, personal agradable, buenas instalaciones, limpio y centrico, lo único que no me gustó fue el desayuno, poca variedad en pan, queso y embutidos, el café no me gustó nada y el zumo tampoco

Hotel agradable, moderno y limpio Las habitaciones grandes, cómodas y limpias Personal muy amable Desayuno buffet estupendo por 5,9€: El spa no merece la pena, la piscina sólo tiene tres chorros y está bastante fría, por lo que sólo se puede estar en el jakuzzi ( que en consecuencia está llenísimo de gente) Muy buena opción en el Burgo de Osma

Hotel Muy Recomendable

Hotel Recomendable, la habitación tenía vistas a la catedral y estaba totalmente reformada. EL personal muy amable, desayuno era buffet acorde al precio, el Restaurante muy muy bueno todo lo que nos pedimos a muy buen precio. Seguro que Volveremos, estuvimos sólo una noche y nos gustaría volver para poder visitar los alrededores que al parecer son muy bonitos.

Habitación muy grande. Y camas muy grandes también. Funcionaba bien el wifi y aparcamiento gratis en la puerta, casi siempre con sitio. Buenas vistas de la catedral. Al lado de la carrera que a veces por la mañana daba un poco de ruido si abrias la ventana, pero bien en general

Ok, but poor customer experience

I could have rated this hotel very highly, as the facilities are good, the room was very clean and it has a great location just steps away from the old quarter and overlooking it from its most picturesque angle. However, on this last point it did let me down, as I had selected it over other hotels exactly for its views, I had made a very clear request on my booking that I would very highly appreciate a room at the front with a view, but when I got there not even that late in the day and not at what seemed like a busy time, I was told all rooms at the front were gone! So no view for me I'm afraid... and a very poor customer experience!
