"The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "

The complimentary shuttle to the ski lift was a fantastic bonus, making our stay seamless and stress-free. As big food lovers, the dining experience was another highlight. Every meal was sensational — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and crafted with care. The quality was genuinely on par with Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve dined in, and we looked forward to every meal. The staff made our stay unforgettable — warm, professional, and always going above and beyond. A special mention to the restaurant team, who made every meal not only delicious but truly enjoyable and memorable. This hotel is more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience. "Nice clean hotel, good food and friendly staff"

"Amazing location for a good value!The apartment was in the perfect location within a quiet area of houses about 2 blocks from the main gondola (Kitzbuhel Hahnenkamm Bahnhof). This was convenient for our family to walk (in our regular shoes) to the INTERSPORT lockers at the base of the gondola, change into our ski boots, grab our skis and get right onto the gondola. It's also close enough to walk to all of the attractions within Kitzbuhel. The apartment itself was a good size for our family with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room and living room. There is 1 half bathroom downstairs off the mudroom, 1 full bathroom (tub only) and a room with just a shower and sink. The bathrooms were a bit dated and it would have been nice to have another shower. The mudroom was a bonus! It was heated nicely with enough room to put all of our ski stuff. We would leave the wet, cold gear in there in the afternoon and it would be warm and ready to go in the morning. There was a washer in one of the bathrooms that worked well and a drying rack to hang clothes (no dryer).All in all, it was a great value with the location and size of the accommodations being the main benefits. "

"Wonderful hotel in perfect location —short walk to gondola, surrounded by restaurants — with spartan, clean rooms, an excellent wellness area, good ski storage lockers, and super helpful welcoming staff. The breakfast is terrific, with loads of choices including local pastries, and a great array of fresh fruit. A gem in every way. "

"It had a nice lodge feel to it. Staff was very curteous. Don’t stay in room 345 because the noise from the elevator is VERY LOUD!"

"Excellent property. Right on bus route for ski hills. Short walk into town with many restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Easy to get to Kitzbuhel on bus as well. The storage room for equipment was incredible with boot warmers. Rooms were updated and clean. Pool was clean."
