"駅やバス停から歩いて15分くらいです。ロビーも広くて、とてもきれいな施設で、レセプションの対応も丁寧で手際も良くて素晴らしかったです。 部屋はキッチン付きのワンルームタイプでした。 冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、湯沸かしポット、食器、コーヒー、紅茶、ヘアドライヤー、すべてそろっています。 クローゼットもスーツケーススタンドもあるので、荷物が多くても大丈夫だと思います。 wifeも安定していました。 バスルームにタオルを乾かせるヒーターがあったので、とても助かりました。 部屋のカテゴリーによって印象は違うかもしれませんが、清潔で居心地が良かったです。 またエクサンプロヴァンスに行くときは泊まりたいと思います"

"The location is convenient, and the hotel meets a basic standard. However, as I have stayed at other InterContinental hotels before, this experience felt difficult to believe as part of the same hotel chain. • After checking in and entering the room, we realized it was not the room type we had reserved. We had to return to the reception to resolve the issue. Despite this being clearly a mistake on the hotel’s side, there was no apology, and the staff handled the situation in an indifferent and unmotivated manner. • The breakfast venue had been changed, which significantly affected the atmosphere. I had been looking forward to breakfast based on reviews, so this was very disappointing. • It was stated that made-to-order omelets were available at breakfast. However, when I placed an order, I was told this was not possible. Shortly afterward, I saw other guests being able to order omelets, which left me feeling confused and uneasy. Overall, while the hotel is not unacceptable, the service quality was far below what I would expect from this hotel brand."
