"The hotel is in pretty bad shape; peeling paint, dog poo in the grass trash in the walkways. My first room had only one usable outlet (across from the bed) no hot water or towels, a broken sink and a significant dip in the bed. My second room had one more outlet and towels for the shower but it must have been a smoking room from the smell and marks on the counter in the bathroom. "Everything was great. The room was clean, food delicious and the buffet attendant was helpful and polite. She kept plenty of hot food available. The staff at the front desk were so friendly. The hotel was easy to find right off the interstate. We will be coming back"

"The property was new. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The property was OK on a cleanliness standpoint. I'm tired of hotels thinking that using a sticky roller on the floors is equal to cleaning them. Vacuum and get out a mop! There was hair all over the entry and bathroom floors. Beds were comfortable and clean. The shower head was weird. You can hear your neighbors walk, talk, run, snore, plus everything else. The pool area was very nice and big. No hot tub. Breakfast was OK. No tongs to pick up the bread (gross), they don't use plastic/paper utensils and dishes. The dishes were filthy. We had to go through a handful of forks and spoons before we found some that weren't sticky or still covered in food and the breakfast staff was extremely loud, yelling back and forth and throwing dishes in a bin. If I came through Casper again, I might find somewhere else to stay. All in all, it was just OK."

"The pool was down due to remodels but the staff was super kind about it and tried to make it better in anyway they could. The entire place was very very clean. The room was clean and spacious. My daughter loved the pancake machine at breakfast. Overall great hotel."

"Room was big and clean. Right next to the walking path and river, so great for walking and fishing. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the patio but it seemed nice outdoor seating. Had a restaurant but my visit was short. I did see advertised that the rooms have sound dampening, one of the reasons I booked it. However my room had two connecting doors to other rooms and a lot of sound bled into my room. If you want quiet make sure to ask for not one of those rooms."

"This place should be shut down! Absolutely gross! Garbage piled and stinking up hallways. Hallway carpet looks and smells like it has never been cleaned. Hair in the bathtub…garbage in the garbage cans in our room! It definitely looks like multiple families live here because there were kids toys and bikes all over the parking lot. It makes me incredibly sad to think anyone would call this place home, especially a child!"
