Newly built executive basement suite

Welcome in the newly community of uplands. Located in the westend of Edmonton near all important amenities.The newly built executive basement suite come equipped with all your needs. Full kitchen, wifi internet, Cable, also a separate furnace which mean you control the temperature of the suite with a vent button that blow cold air just like AC .Guess have own entrance .The suite is clean and quiet ( when the kids are in bed). We live upstairs of suite and are available if you need assistance.

We had to be in town a few hours early, they allowed us to check in prior to check in time. The location was great safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again. Clean property.

Place was very clean and tidy, we had overpacked not expecting the extra items/ammenities that were included as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a homely place to stay at.

Very cute and super affordable. Bed and couch were very comfortable and communication was great! A bit noisy in the evening but probably to be expected in a basement suite.
