Hyatt Place Edmonton-West
Booked a king suite for first time. Really liked the room layout except, it had a fabulous kitchen but it had no plates, utensils, etc. It was just an empty kitchen. Need to let clients know that. First time weve had a room with a kitchen that was empty (other than fridge & microwave).

Edmonton Hotel and Convention Centre
Towels were old and rag looking. My sheets hsd stains and the face cloth has mascara on it still. Pool was nice but dated. Hot tub was.. warmish not hot. Just needs some updateing. Please get new towels. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, bed was comfy but we did miss the breakfast. I would stay ...

Sawridge Inn & Conference Centre Edmonton South
We had to move from original suite due to some strange odor. It was switched quickly and the staff were so awesome. The room we got was now very good and clean. Was an affordable option.
