8.8/10 Excellent! (6 reviews)
On arrival, all staff and other customers were welcoming.
The room was scrupulously clean, welcoming and well presented.
The bed was comfortable with towels and chocolates laid out, although one of the chocolates had obviously been out for sometime and was discoloured.
The bathroom was clean but would benefit from updating. Everything worked as it should though, although I was advised to leave the bathroom door and room window open when having a shower due to the sensitivity of the detectors.
Kettle and selection of teas in the room, but no normal tea or coffee.
Overall a very clean and modern room but the bathroom would do with updating.
Staff very friendly and room exceptionally clean.
Unfortunately due to the time I was leaving in the morning, I didn’t have the opportunity to eat at the pub, but it did look like it would be good.
Would definitely book again.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,142 reviews)
"The cleaning staff were lovely. The room was comfortable. However when I booked and paid for this room it was The Bristol Hotel but by the time I got there it was a Leonardo Group establishment. Had I known this I would not have booked here as I have a moral objection to this hotel group for humanitarian ..."
