The apartment was beautiful and clean and in a quiet area, we had everything we needed, lovely comfortable beds lovely living area so we could all spread out very well equipped facilities, fridge microwave dishwasher washing machine too! Constant hot water! bus 11 opposite the apartment was a god send with us being a little bit out of Edinburgh also the tram was a great way to travel with 3 kids, and close by, Asda close by too if u needed anything! the staff were exceptional too over all 10/10

Lovely place with a Lift and an amazing view of the sea. Bus stop is close by and Newhaven tram us 15 mins walk. Asda is also nearby. Was able to use the kitchen well.

Best place to stay. Big space, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice toilets. Have nothing to complain. Bus 11 is just around the corner to take you to the city center.

Really nice apartment. Absolutely perfect for a few days away. Very quiet building, nice rooms, well equipped, and a clutter free/clean tidy feel with a lovely view out to the harbour. Would definitely recommend and would visit again if in the area. Secure free parking too which was an added bonus. Check in and out process very easy with the simple to use key pickup and drop off lockers.

Good transport; Bus 11 is right in front of the buildings and it is around 8 min walk to Tram Station 24 hr Grocery store Couple of good restaurants around The apartment is clean and big. Highly recommended.

Very nice place to stay. It was clean and very quiet. The number 11 Bus will take you in to town just outside of the apartment building. I would stay here again when visiting Edinburgh.

Excellent accommodations! Tons of room and all the amenities we needed. We requested single beds for a family of four adults, they gave us 5 singles in two bedrooms! Perfect! 15 min Uber or 30 city bus ride into the city centre! Loved it!

Great location just outside the city center of Edinburgh. Easily accessible via bus or tram. Within walking distance to the restaurants and shops in Leith as well as the Royal Yacht Britannia. Very doable for young families. I would book again.
