A tranquil retreat in the heart of Edinburgh, this elegant first-floor apartment is a rare gem. It is certainly adored by The Edinburgh Address team. Soaring ceilings, original period details, and a refined décor in soothing tones create an atmosphere of understated luxury. Thoughtfully selected artwork by the owner, an artist and photographer, adds a personal and stylish touch throughout.
-Booking Requirements-
One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.
Our properties are protected by Truvi (formerly SuperHog). After booking, you’ll be asked to complete a quick verification using a valid ID and selfie. A £650 damage deposit will also be pre-authorised on your credit card and automatically released within 14 days of departure. A 2% processing fee applies (amount may vary outside the UK depending on exchange rates). Truvi verification must be completed at least two weeks before check-in.
- Important -
This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties.
Families with young children need to enquire before booking. All guests are met on arrival in person. Please contact us if you have extenuating circumstances which make this unsuitable.

Just a short walk brings you to Princes Street in one direction, or the peaceful Royal Botanic Garden in the other. For a taste of local life, explore nearby Broughton Street with its village-like charm, brimming with cafés, eateries, and independent shops. Don’t miss the acclaimed Ingleby Gallery, beautifully housed in a former chapel just off Barony Street.
