This is a highly desirable central location for anyone wanting to make the most of their stay in the City. The majority of historic sights are within a short walk and the area abounds with Restaurants, Bars and Cafes. It is an active area and may be more suitable to guests wanting to enjoy the night-time activities of the city.
The property comprises of a spacious studio room that has Kitchen facilities, hob, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle, and complimentary WiFi.
A shower room is in the property. Please note there is no bath.
There are no facilities to clean clothes in the actual property but there is a communal laundry room available within building for which there is small direct fee to use.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00, it is always worth contacting the property manager, who will endeavor to give you access as soon as possible.
Check-in after 19:00 is possible, subject to availability and prior arrangement.

The latest departure time is 11:00, but a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day, subject to no existing booking arriving that day.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

There are three options to get from Edinburgh airport to the city centre, all take approx 30-35 minutes. The main rail station Waverley is approx 1 km from the apt.
1. Edinburgh trams, approx every 8-10 mins (Sunday 12-15 mins), right outside terminal, the nearest drop off point for the apt is the Princes stop which is approx 1 km away. Cost approx 9.50 pounds for adults and approx 4.50 pounds for children for a RETURN journey.
2. Airport express bus, every 15 minutes right outside terminal building, drop off point on Princes Street approx 1 km from the apt Costs approx 7.50 pounds per person for a RETURN journey.
3. Taxi, many can be found right outside the terminal building and will cost approx 25 - 35 pounds for a one way journey. However a taxi will drop you off right outside the property you have booked.
