This renovated, detached villa is located in Holiday Resort Coochem. The interior is modern and complete. The small, but attractive living room has a TV. In the open-plan kitchen you will find a dishwasher and a microwave. There are six bedrooms. Two of them are located on the ground floor and have two single beds, pushed together to make a double bed, or left separately. The remaining four bedrooms are located on the first floor and are all furnished with two or three single beds with boxes. There is a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. There are four more bathrooms on the first floor, two with shower, one with bath and one with shower and sauna. Each floor also has a separate toilet. There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. The garden can be reached through French doors from the kitchen. For your convenience, there is a utility room with washing machine and dryer. There is space to park four cars in the apartment. Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed.
